ABOUT THIS PROJECT
Millie came to me and asked me to create a brand for her new project - making bespoke wooden items. From smaller items like shelves and lanterns to bigger items like desks. It was important for the brand to represent the handmade element and the craftsmanship that goes into the products and so Splinters and Sawdust was born. The name represents the work put into creating the products while the logo represents the details. I knew the logo needed to be modern and professional so I chose a classic serif font with a detailed submark inspired by woodgrain which portrays the craftsmanship element. Millie is passionate about the type of wood used as well as creating beautifully designed products.
