ABOUT THIS PROJECT
Alex came to me with a logo that she had already created for her dog walking/pet sitting business and asked me to make it look more professional. She already had the name and she knew that she most definitely wanted to incorporate her English bull terrier in a floral crown. The logo that Alex made herself was quite dark and it didn't flow very well together. I instantly knew I wanted to make it brighter, more friendly, and I also wanted to make the text and the bull terrier compliment each other. Once I had completed the logo, I also designed Alex's instagram highlight covers and created individual stories for her pricing highlight reel. Alex then asked me to design her website as she was struggling with creating it herself. Alex's website is made up of four pages which are Home, About, Services & Pricing, and Contact with links to her social media accounts. I wanted to make the website clean and simple so it's user friendly for most people as Alex's business will attract a range of varied customers.
HERE'S WHAT ALEX HAS TO SAY...
"I decided I wanted to take the plunge and set up my own dog walking business. I’ve been thinking about it for months and decided to take the plunge. I had an idea of the logo and what I wanted it to look like, and did one myself but I just wasn’t happy with it. I got in touch with Steph, for help and I honestly couldn’t be happier with what she’s done. The logo I have now I absolutely love, I wanted to keep the flowers and breed of the dog and left it to Steph to do the rest. I had my Instagram page all set up, and Steph also helped with setting up my Instagram stories with pricing banners etc, and also did graphics for this. Then comes the website, if you’re anything like me I have no clue at all, I tried to set this up myself and had no clue. Steph did all of my website for me, she new exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it laid out. What would have taken me weeks to do, Steph completed it all within a week. I wouldn’t go to anyone else, and I’m already recommending her to my friends, family and colleagues."
